| Marlins AGE GROUP Press coverage |
Hi all Just to introduce myself, Colin Bowman, as Marlins Age Group Swimming press officer. (Since 1st Feb 2010). I will be aiming to submit one major article per week into the Mid Sussex Times but will be very happy to add in any 'extra' pieces. The main weekly piece will surround the 'hot topic' of the week and the extra pieces can be any thing related to Marlin involvment. I hope to present the articles in a factual but lighthearted way with a personnal touch to the swimmers with plenty of photos of smiling faces. Please watch for these in the Middy on Thursdays (deadline the previous Monday evening) and on the notice boards plus everything has now been back loaded to this web site. Please contact me on bowmansgang@aol.com with any 'stories' you have plus any feedback on the articles so far both bad or good. Watch out, you could be next 'under the spotlight'. Best Regards.

Mid Sussex Marlins have the use of 3 local pools.. Please note that the centres formerly known as the Dolphin and the Triangle have been renamed Olympos Haywards Heath and Olympos Burgess Hill respectively. Olympos Burgess Hill (formerly the Triangle)Triangle Way Eight lane competitive swimming standard. Full length moveable floor ranging in depth from 0–2m depth. Leisure pool with 500 square metres water surface area, three slides, indoor and outdoor rapids, baby pool area. Full size sports hall, two multi-purpose studios, four squash courts, full size outdoor synthetic turf pitch, four tennis courts, creche and a fully equiped health club and gym. Olympos Haywards Heath (formerly the Dolphin)Haywards Heath West Sussex RH16 1LY 01444 457337 6 Lane 25/33m competitive swimming standard with a moveable boom. 12m teaching pool. Main sports hall with badminton courts, two multi-purpose halls, three multi-purpose studios, four squad courts and a fully equiped modern gym and health club. Ardingly CollegeArdingly College Ardingly has a 25m school pool with four lanes and permanent blocks.This pool is perfect for the teaching groups.
